In short that the prospective employee will need to provide a ten year checkable work history which is provided via an application form, a statement from the Police force saying the prospective employee has no criminal record, they also sign a document giving Corporate Measures permission to access their private records be it military or police. This is where most companies stop, however Corporate Measures does a thorough background check. Including a check with the Criminal Intelligence Service’s and Interpol.
